Founded in 2003, the firm is Based in Shanghai and Melbourne, now has more than 150 professionals working closely to serve well known enterprises across China. Our designers believe "Design Shapes Life" and strive to help our clients making places that people live, work and play more efficiently, more inspiring, and high quality.

华策设计是一家专注在住宅、商业、酒店、旅游度假、康养、景观等领域的综合型设计机构，由多位合伙人于2003年在上海共同创立，并在澳大利亚设海外办公室。公司以”设计塑造生活“为核心理念，基于多年的专业积累，与业主共同面对项目挑战，为业主实现项目价值最大化。

Facing the challenges of each project, in terms of Residence development, HCArchitects sets up RDM (Refined Design Management) system to ensure quality, market demanding, and innovative solutions combines and leads to new height and continued success. As in Commercial & Tourism Development projects, we set up research sector on different design stages, working together with upstream and downstream professional teams as an integrated group, serving our clients effectively, comprehensively, and creatively.

同时，基于精细化设计管理体系，住宅地产方面，华策始终关注市场因素对开发策略的影响，与上下游紧密结合，基于系统的保障体系确保项目高效运行和高品质落地；在商业与文旅地产板块，与专业咨询机构共同组建研发机构，在不断变化的市场环境和项目多重复杂因素制约下提供的综合解决思路。
